Pop of Green Makeup Tutorial

Hey dolls! I've been experimenting with some new pigments I got in the mail and wanted to create a fall appropriate makeup look using them. I was inspired by the green pigment and wanted to incorporate it into a wearable but fun look so this is what I came up with!

At Home Teeth Whitening Kit | Smile Sciences

The Smile Sciences at home teeth whitening kit is perfect for someone that is looking for a quick way to whiten their teeth and that is on a budget. This kit comes in a small package as shown in the picture below. I think this kit is a great value for the money. I was skeptical at first but after just 2 uses, I could REALLY see the results! I am honestly very impressed with how well this works!

The Sweet Teeth kit includes 2 mouth trays, 2- 3mL whitening syringes, an LED light for faster results, a teeth shade guide, a maintenance whitening pen, and 2 vitamin E applicators. The difference between the Sweet Teeth kit and the original one is that the Sweet Teeth kit smells and tastes similar to bubble gum.

To begin you follow the instructions on how to mold the mouth trays to fit your teeth. After completing that, you take one of the 3 mL syringes that contains the whitening gel and apply a small drop of product where there are impressions of your teeth in the tray. Next you just put them in your mouth and you're finished! Super easy right?! I like to use the LED light every time I whiten my teeth because it enhances the results and there is no extra work necessary!

Before I started using the Smile Sciences teeth whitening kit, my teeth were about a 4-5 according to the teeth shade guide. I realize my teeth weren't very discolored but after using the kit 1 time, my teeth lightened another shade!

Back To School 2014!

Hey guys! It's been a while since I've made a blog post but I really want to start posting more! I wanted to kick off this posting spree with some back to school ideas to help you get more excited about returning to school :) 

I made a video last week with some cute and CHEAP ways to decorate your school supplies. I realize there are more fancy ways to decorate things but I wanted to keep it simple and gear my video towards people who don't have a ton to spend. 

The main decoration is washi tape. I found so many different patterns and colors, it was hard to choose from but I tried to pick out colors and styles that would go together! I bought mine at Target for $2.99 per roll. I explain in the video how I made the binder decorated with washi tape look super cute and gave some decorative ideas. 

As for the other binder, I took a magazine that I already had and just bought some inexpensive ombre scrapbook paper to complete this one. I think it turned out super cute and I was able to find pictures of makeup/beauty items that I enjoy. You could do this with any magazine and use any theme that suits you. 

As for the last element in the video, the pens, I had left over washi tape so I just used that to wrap around my pens to personalize them. 

Like I said this video isn't rocket science but I wanted to show you guys how I like to make my school supplies a little more enjoyable to look at rather than a plain black binder. I hope you got some inspiration from my Tumblr inspired school supplies and will try out these designs!

My First Blog!

Hi everyone! 
I would like to start off by telling you about my obsession with makeup! I discovered my passion for fashion and makeup and all of the great products out there about 3 years ago. Ever since then I have been collecting mostly makeup and a few other odds and ends. My collection isn't huge by any means but I do have a good amount of makeup. Oh, and I do have a good amount of nail polish too :) What girl doesn't love a good nail polish? :) 

I started my YouTube channel in March and it has become my new hobby. I am constantly brainstorming for ideas for videos and looking for new products to show you guys. I only have a few videos at the moment but I just finished finals last week so now I have a ton of free time to make new videos for you! I really hope you enjoy watching them and let me know if you have any suggestions of videos you'd like to see :) Subscribe to my channel if you would like to see the latest videos I film :) I love all of my subscribers and I consider all of you a friend of mine!
